Our CNC machines provide a perfect solution for creating complex parts that require unique shapes and tight tolerances.
Certified Welding & Assembly
We employ a team of highly skilled craftsmen to provide unmatched skill and expertise in multiple forms of welding including GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, and SMAW.
Metal Plate Cutting & Forming
We have an array of state-of-the art industrial machines that can bend, shape, punch and form metal to meet the vast majority of custom metal fabrication demands, with degrees of consistency and repeatability suitable for mass production of parts and products.
Blasting & Painting
Our coating service department is anchored by three large, state-of-the-art steel grit blasting booths with a max dimensions of 29000mm in length x 5500mm in width x 6000mm in height, followed by three paint booths with 29000mm x 6000mm x 6000mm capacity.
Quality Inspection
Our Quality Department performs in-house inspection and testing of all products along the manufacturing processes starting from the reception of raw materials up to the finished product. We are ISO, CE, ASME, API, LR certified companies. Our dedicated and professional quality control team guarantees our products meet the highest standards.

Openex Fabricators is a full-service, design-to-delivery manufacturer of nearly all things metal, from detailed decorations to giant construction steel. With 180 acres of factory area, 180,000 square meters of welding workshop, 8,000 square meters of constant temperature machining workshop, and 55 lifting cranes support 3 tons to 250 tons, we can take on the toughest jobs and move them through fast and efficiently.
